Independent Artist Greg Banks is an Artist in Residence at Midnight Plus One. Originally from New Orleans, Greg now calls Brooklyn his home.
Greg's soulful sounds are inspired by some of music's greatest prominent Black artists including Nina Simone, James Brown, Louis Armstrong, Curtis Mayfield, Marvin Gaye and Diana Ross. His voice, style and look are original; his music purposeful.
Greg performs every other Friday night at Midnight Plus One; he puts on a show you won't want to miss.
